Breezy, brilliant bossanova from a Brazilian singer with real pedigree – a peer of João Bosco and Torquinho.
This Brazilian singer/guitarist is a born samba, MPB and choro performer whose style evokes the classics of the bossa nova tradition. Imagine a gossamer curtain falling around floating chords from a nylon string guitar, and you approach the tone of Setton’s hypnotic vocal in a band setting.
Anna will be performing songs from her 2018 debut album.

One of the fastest rising jazz vocalists in America, placing second at the prestigious Thelonious Monk Jazz Competition, at just 24 year old this vocalist has become a veteran of the international jazz festival circuit.

Canadian Chelsea McBride’s compositions bustle with a looping energy, evoking the pace of city life.
Saxophonist Chelsea McBride (Canada) brings her harmonically layered, infectiously energetic work to a big band setting under the auspices of Jenna Cave’s Divergence Jazz Orchestra. Her debut release took a modernist, orchestral approach to jazz, charting the journey of a daydreaming commuter – a bustling, polyrhythmic jostle of interlocking instrumentation, alive with the energy and distraction of city life.

This New York City native saxophonist/bandleader is more than just a player, she’s a vocalist and a lyricist, and a cross-cultural force of nature who has played consistently with the greatest jazz, funk, hip hop and pop talent. She’s a natural artist capable of emotive bop through to dance crazed funk!
