The Moral Rights of Architects Part 1: The law with Ed Lippmann and Peter Sarlos

Ed Lippmann returns with a new series of Sydney By Design, this time addressing the somewhat complicated topic of the moral rights of architects. Nobody disputes the rights of composers to their music, authors to their words or visual artists to their images. Somehow, architects are not always afforded this same right. Why and what can be done?

In this first episode, Ed introduces us to Peter Sarlos, architect, lawyer and surveyor who tells us about the rights architects have at law, both state and federal.
