I’m so happy to be returning to Arts Wednesday this week after quite a long break, but more of that later.
Laila Ellmoos, historian with the City of Sydney, returns this week with a new 6-part series: Events That Shaped Sydney and in Part 1, we talk about the attempted assassination of Prince Alfred in 1868.
I spent 3 weeks during my break in Israel and recorded 2 interviews while I was there. I’ll play the first this week, with Chief Curator of the Design Museum in Holon, Maya Dvash. It is an amazing building, designed by the legendary Ron Arad and its current temporary exhibition is by Dutch guru of design, Maarten Baas.
Music is Israeli – Israeli musicians and Israeli composers.
I look forward to your company.
