Melbourne- born Circus Oz rockets back under the Big Top this January with the red-hot return season of But Wait…There’s More. Having spent the last twelve months touring from Melbourne to Mildura; Penrith to Palm Island; across America and north to Montreal Circus Oz is punchier and gutsier than ever. Get ready for acrobatic stunts, soaring aerial spectacles, cheeky humour, and a big dose of original, rocking live music.
Co-created from the inspiration, ideas and energy derived from the unique skills of each member of the extremely diverse ensemble that are then woven into the core concept of the show like layers of a collage But Wait… There’s More features exuberant live circus performances presented at increased velocity, whilst also taking a satirical look at today’s culture of infobesity and consumer overload around all the STUFF, STUFF and STUFF (but wait…there’s more – STUFF).
In true Circus Oz style, where collaboration, multi-skilling and invention are part of daily life, But Wait…There’s More has continued to develop and tighten as the ensemble refine their ideas, play with interludes and importantly craft their performances in response to audience reactions.
